Annique's Essense Brightening Treatment is a highly effective pigmentation treatment enriched with two forms of Vitamin C.  Known for its brightening properties, Vitamin C helps minimise the appearance of UV-induced pigmentation, dark spots and age spots and promotes brighter, younger and healthier-looking skin.

Liquorice extract improves the appearance of brown spots and restores radiant luminosity to the complexion due to its ability to excellently inhibit the production of melanin in the skin.  Liquorice extract is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin E prevents skin damage induced by free radicals and helps in increasing the skin's moisture content.

Rooibos infused oil offers soothing benefits to the skin and is rich in natural antioxidants.

***Must be used in conjunction with a sunscreen such as the Essense Derma Protect SPF20 when applied during the day to prevent further UV-induced pigmentation.  Annique's foundations also contain a sunscreen.
